Complaint Against Unknown Mobile No. — fraud calls from [protected]

To day somebody call me from this no.[protected] he said me that your atm card block from to day if you want to continue then told me atm card number and ccv and expire date.
I asked him who are you then he say me he is from RBI bank now I understand that he is a fraud person.I refuse to told about my atm detail then he abusing me and cut the call.
