I am not too sure, but one thing is sure, they do have some catch on this. I am going ask the Sales Representative to talk to me again before we proceed with any agreement. I will let you know the result of this talk but let me search for more information about plot allotment and other factor. If anyone wants the SR number - - it is [protected] or go to Country Club office, near to forum (Next to TVS Motors Building) & discuss the matter with them. Even, then they do not agree to entertain your case or giving false statement, go to press/Newschannel (there are many now) & also lodge complain against them. Go to Consumer Court, make sure you let everyone knows about their false drama.

I agree...it's a fraud company...I have taken the memebership for 1, 25, 000 and I was promised 2 plots...one in tumkur and the other in hindupur...it's been 3 years since i took the membership and I was promised that the plot will be registered within 3 months after becoming the member...but still my plot is not registered...Can sombeody here provide the proper guidance on how to file a case with the consumer court and get the refund...Please provide with all the details such as whom to contact, consumer court address...contact number and the formalities required to complete.

Similar to others, they bombarded us (me and my wife) with 2 hours of non-stop talking about their offers and finally, we were foolish enough to agree to buy a 1-year membership with Rs25, 000 through my CC. After that, I saw these complaint boards on internet and decided to get my money back as soon as possible. Now, they are not picking up phone or not even entertaining us much in person. They only told us that they'll give back the amount through an account payee check after 45 days. But I fear that they'll close their Kolkata office by then and will not give back my money. We're trying to get this story published in The Telegraph in Kolkata through a journalist friend of ours. Anyone in Kolkata who has been cheated by them, can you please pass me your email ID/mobile number so that the journo can include more cases of fraud. Also, can any one tell how to get the money back through consumer court?

I paid 1lakh around 2.5 years back.They promised a plot at Thumkoor and also one extra plot for referral.
Till now I did not get the plot. Not any communication when they will give the plots also.
They send an alottment letter around the joining time(2years back). No folllowups after that.

I have given two cheques today of Rs. 15000/= each to purchase two sites at Site A in an area off NH7 after Devanahalli Airport. The person Mr. Jitendar and his manager Mr. shyam came to my house and showed us a sitemap and a brochure. I was interested with the deal to buy two sites of 3 plots each for 1.45 Lakhs each site before 15th of September'2008. Can anyone guide me as to the credibility of this project by Country Club?

The asked me to wait for half an hour as the next presentation session will start after that and they asked me to sign in a paper that has so many blablha things.. at the bottom, i noticed the wordings, "I here by agree to all decisions of CCl.". I realised their goofing...That guy asked me to sign there, I got pissed off and shouted literally with all the english filthy word that I know and came out of that office.

This is done not without support of and by the political and bureacratic mafia.
I wasted my time and energy listening to these people. I went to the Country Vacation Office near Forum Mall, Koramangala with my girl friend. These should be belted. This is a Spam group, like spam email message offering you millions of rupees. Please dont get trapped. I request the people who invested the money to get it back legally and aware people regarding this trap
