In 2009, Even I took membership of Country club they told me they will provide all type of help to me but they dont once membership is done we are cought into trap, They almost took my 135000RS but I get no joy with this, Internal rules what they have is different before they used to take service charges as 350 rs per day room cost now they say that members will have to pay only service charges which is more now and became 750 what is the use of taking such membership, waste

Hi folks well..I too fell prey to these blood sucking holigans...I paid Rs 1, 75, 000 for a Parivar lifetime membership to the CCIL near my house alsong with an allotment letter for a 2000 sq.ft plot in Kolad, Maharashtra. Initially I and my family used to use the Club's health club but we shifted very far away where there isnt any CCIL nearby. However I went back to them to ask to either sell or transfer my membership due to financial difficulties. They refused and asked me to find a buyer. Well with so many people aware of these fraudsters who is going to buy. I am OK with not getting a buyer or not able to use the Club, but ALL I WANT IS MY PLOT WHICH THEY PROMISED.
In 2007, I was also trapped with the so called plot allotment scheme of CCIL. I now has the plot documents but CCIL is not entertaining any call to find a buyer for the same. Amrutha Estates is another fake lobby created by CCIL to handle the land deals. Since I paid more than 1 Lakh for the membership, I am now utilizing the same by going to near by country clubs for all five years. I am sure that no one is going to buy the plots back now.
i have been cheated with 350000 directly by the manager called manjunath in mangalore royally.Help me to approach court, Bangalore ccl is and they can suck everything.I never got anything and lost.I wont leave them.Thats all saving i had, all gone my greeve only god can understand, help me pleaseDr Kiran is my name [protected]
