Zoom Car — Deposit is not refunded from Zoom Car

I have booked a self drive car from Zoom Car on 27th Feb, 2015, For the booking, I have deposited 5700rs and the charges for a car to my booking is 736rs. They keep on postpone the days for refunding the amount of balance 4964rs its keep on irritating me and giving mental tension to me. In their website it is showing as booking as completed and the refund status is 0 rs. Please take the necessary action. Thanks in advance, Sudhir

Same for me also. 17, 000 rs they charged but didnt refund me yet. I am waiting nearly a month.
Refund nt recived yet from month so bad service
Same here refund not received . Nor any customer support to contact with
It has been over a month since i booked my car.
My 2 deposits of total amount 15, 475 is pending.
Kindly tell me where to take this issue.
