25 Chutti.com — Holiday membership cheating!!!

Am member of 25 chutti.com. my membership id is 79924.

I have taken membership on 26th December at Raghuleela mall kanadivli branch. There are 3 sales person involved I do not remember name of all but their boss name was Mr. OM Lahoti.


now when I called customer care they say it is not reflecting in system and not under your membership you need to take upgraded membership for that.


I have trusted company and sales team that was my biggest mistake. they have even do not allow us to take paper where they have explained & written services and promotional offer to me & my husband. they said we require this for filing. you will get everything in welcome kit.. it has been 15days I have not received any welcome kit. sales person do not pick up phone.


when I called customer care, person told me you write a mail to listing down all things committed to you by sales person.


Following features / offers committed to us by sales team (Mr. Om Lahoti)


1) 6N&8 Days any domestic package inclusion everything flight tickets, food, & private car. which we can avail any time during my membership period. no compulsion to avail this year. They will help to book additional two tickets for my children in discounted rate.

from their book let (Kashmir, Andaman & nikobar, Shimla here were 7 to 8 packages they shown)

2) 4N/5 day package for 5 years in = 3* hotels which includes breakfast & lunch or dinner & private car. I can accommodate less than 12 year 2 children with us without any additional charges if I do not demand for extra bed.

3) You do not have any travel restrictions you can go any day among 365 day in year. you have to just book 25 or 30 days advanced.

4) If place is not available their listed location we can get booking from tied up hotels for which we have to pay nominal amount which can be very 500 to 1000 depending upon hotel.

5) they will plan our entire itinerary and help us for air booking in discounted rate.

6) You do not have to pay additional if you gift holidays to friend or relatives or they accompany you.

7) you do not have to pay maintenance charges if you are not availing holidays in that year. You have to pay it only year when you avail your holidays.

8) They have given us 2N/3D stay to attend presentation and said if you take membership any condition mentioned in voucher is not applicable to you. I will arrange lonavala trip for you from tied up hotel.

After becoming member when I feel sales person behaviour suspicious when I talked with customer care they said system does not reflect what you

She said go to branch and ask sales person to update same in system.


I am feeling like cheated and wish to file FIR for cheating and unethical business done by your company. I want to cancel my membership and want my money back. I do not want to continue relationship with the company which is not ethical.

After personally visiting and dog like followup still they have not updated services in portal and today they have emailed me MOU in which one clause is written do not trust sales person verbal promises, ...


they have fooled me... I want to warn all people do not deal with them they are liars cheater and not doing ethical business...

Dear pratik,
they will give you nothing, if at all, holidays will be provided in hotels which are costing 500 rs. on the internet. they are simply cheaters.

if you calculate teh cost of AMC, for 4 days trip per day will cost around 2500 plus the money you lost on the membership.

I see you are facing the same problem as I am now. I have been following up with 25 Chutti Customer Care over email since the lockdown was over till May 2022. They responded to my email, but now it seems like their website is shut down, there are no responses on emails, and phone numbers have been switched OFF for a long time.

25 chutti is a cheater. They have fooled me also. They don't have any reservations in hotels and when we want to book even 3 months ahead they say not available for the dates given.Total cheater. Don't trust them. Is there any way i can file the consumer complaint against them.Would be great for your help.

The Team In Thane Forced Us Politely To Make The Transaction By Making Falsified And Utopian Promises Of Travel Packages At The Thane Office Mentioned Below. No. 7-8, Ground Floor, Maitri Lotus CHS Ltd., Near Oswal Park, Pokharan Road No. 2, Thane (W) - 400602, Maharashtra Scenario: I Got A Call From A Person Called Suresh At About 03.38pm On 15th Of Feb, 2015. He Told Me That We Won A Lucky Draw Prize For Malaysia And We Need To Come To Their Office Within 05.30pm On The Same Day To Collect The Same. I Agreed And He Sms-Ed Me The Address And Told Me To Keep 45-50 Minutes As They Have Some Promotional Presentation. They Told Us That If We Book It Though Credit Card, Then If The Amount Is Converted Into EMI, They Will Pay The Interest For That Amount From Their Side. Now, She Also Added, If We Want To Book Those Hotels, We At Least Need To Pay INR 8000 To 10000 That Too Depends On The Availability. It seems you all are from mumbai and around. Why dont you all meet and lodge a complaint in police and ask them to perform immediate action.

Me and my father both attended their presentation but thank god we both dint took membership.

I only tried to book free holiday voucher but same problem "dates not available".

Ma'am has your query been solved. I also have suffered at their hands. We All aggrieved members from Mumbai should first go to their local office in thane and press should also be informed. Only then this cheater company will stop.

Same here. Been sold dubious plan by Om Prakash @ Raghuleela office in Dec 2015. We need to connect immediately with each other & finalize action plan against 25 chutti.
Guys thank you for your complaint. At least you saved me today. They asked me that I won Lucky draw when i visited big bazar yesterday. After reading all of this I am not going there. Thanks alot.

I m Suresh Bhanushali my email id is [protected]@gmail.com I m member of 25chutti from last 2 years but not go for any vacation from 25 chutti bcoz of their unavailable dates and their packages are very costly from local travel agents and also hotels are very cheap I totally receiving bad experience from 25chutti. this package I got from Mr.Jignesh Joshi from Vashi Navi Mumbai. and from last 2 years he will not received my any phone calls and I think he is totally misguide me.

please be caution from above dumbd Company and also their staff.

hi all, i took membership of 25 chhuti.com 2year back. this is a very bad experience i paid total of 75 k. till now i haven't availed any holidays. i have tried many times to book holiday but couldn't..Un availability, some time they suggest to take exchange package in which u have to pay extra charge like 2000 rs per night.. bla bla ...
they promise lots of things mostly false...
they r cheater..

I attended their presentation today, but denied to pay. They shown anger and attitude, still i didn't become agree.
Even provided gifts are also useless.
Never believe for such attractive offers in first meeting.

Today I received a call to get the free gifts which is absolutely free. He was giving me 99000 mix voucher + 5000 Rs. another voucher and other blah blah blah voucher. To collect this, condition is you have to visit the branch with your wife and give your 40~45 min to attend presentation. I asked the person to call again after 1 hour as I need to verify the things. I surprised on the second call i insist him talk more on this company and he simply said there is no condition to get this offer.
As a smart citizen always verify the caller before accepting any terms. That's what I did and saved my future loss.
Don't go for any free gifts as nowadays nobody give you free unless there is some goo[censored]p behind that. Please save your valuable money.

I m to a business boy from travels business and in our tours and travel association this company is not valid this is fake u can file a complain against this company in consumer cort or local police station .
