How can we make payment direct online to l&t fiance on against of two wheeler

Dear Concern,
Myself Sachin S Bhavimani have two wheeler loan in L & T Finance(bike passion with no of MH43BL0256) as want to change my bank detail as the same is salary account were the same is changed from kotak to yes bank, as my 3 due are pending requesting you to kindly share the detail so that the same can be paid on line as soon as the detail 1 emi paid as well by the month end the rest two emi will be cleared.
Requesting you to kindly look into the same.
Complaint : Want to share the Executive name Srivasta who have called for the due emi were she was speaking
with abuse language as well she was arguing that do not dare to pay online as it is not reflecting in the bank were i was saying that i will pay online were the wrong communication was forced to listen with abusing word.
Requesting to kindly share how to pay online.

I have recently taken a bike loan from your company, I would say this is the pathetic experience I had with any company . Your collection executive arora ( first name not shared by the executive ) does not have manners on how to behave with ladies and how to talk ...please take an immedieate action against him .

i have 2 wheeler loan with L&T Finance charged me 3000/- for just 2 check bounces and 3000 is showing negative in my account so i am not maintaining balance. tomorrow is 5th EMI deducting date. due to busy schedule i dint visited bank to remove this charges. i called customer care to check is there is any online EMI payment option i almost spoke to 10 executives they cant even speak proper english i am still in shock that L&T FINANCE is such big company how did they hired such illiterate uneducated staff for customer care and they don't have minimum common sense that account number will not have any special characters like ., /- + they are telling to use + symbol in account number. some executives say's there is no online EMI payment option and some say's logon to WWW.LTFS.COM online payment option pay with loan agreement # but actually there is no such option in LTFS website. they say we have add FCRLTR code before loan agreement # this would be L&T account number to transfer EMI amount and hung up the call. i seriously disappointed with l&t services just for name sake this is international company but the services they provide to the company is very bad especially customer care they dont have subject knowledge nor communication skills.finally pathetic services.

Firstly, I would like to share my feedback for the behavior of your Collection team. the female you hire are very harsh, uneducated and manner less. they do not even have Manners on how to talk to the Customers. I am not a fraudster, its just a matter of 2 Payment which I am going to settle now. She made me feel like I have taken Million of Loan from L & T Finance. Kindly take necessary actions.
I am definitely going to share this Experience on Social Media.
Secondly,
Your outdoor Sales Executive Name : Sachin Contact No : [protected] claiming to be L & T finance Staff has taken 2 Payments of October and November total amount of 4000/- Rs. has not yet responded to me. He ran with the money. I know your answer would be that's definitely my problem not yours. you will still need the money.
Sharing this feedback for the people are planning to Loan with L & T Finance.
Just be careful and aware of such FRAUDSTERS so that it doesn't happen with anyone else.

I have given ICICI account details perilously. But now i want to change to HDFC account.
