Oct 8, 2016 Regarding snapdeal company call gift fraud me 13, 999 payment on snapdeal account otherwise claim or complaint on snapdeal company.on my debit card Sir good evening my problem is on date 5/10/15 time 1:00 A call come from snapdeal in my number [protected] from sender number +[protected] and say Aarti rawat speaking from snapdeal company and say anil you are lucky winner customer from this month of snap Deal company and you take 4 gifts like washing machine, laptop dell 15.6, and led Sony so I like laotop dell and aarti rawat you purchase 4000 minimum price goods so I purchased micromax mobile from snapdeal and snapdeal purchase department manager call from +[protected] on my debit card refund[protected].and Sir your gift is ready from snapdeal and your is tax payment for your laptop is 9999 total amount paid on snapdeal account no SNAPDEAL BANK NAME- CANARA BANK A/C NAME- GINGER INFOTECH A/C NO.[protected] IFSC-CNRB0001441 and my friends and have also taking problem friends mobile number [protected], and +[protected] and +[protected] so please create faster solution because my friends effect problem by fraud call thanks for CEO SIR FOR LISTENING MY PROBLEM. I got the same call exactly.. word to word match. But when I tried calling back to the same number, the number was out of service. So safe. I am wondering if this gimmick is happening from snapdeal to sale all of their products.

Same thing happened with me as well, I got a call from [protected] and Pooja Mishra was on the line saying that she is calling from Snapdeal to inform me that I'm one lucky winner who can select any one gift from the 5 options including dell Laptop, iphone 7+, washing machine, fridge and Sony LED TV.
I was about to be tricked into their fraud call as THEY KNEW MY LAST ORDER DETAILS ALONG WITH THE TRANSACTION ID. Though the order was placed from PayTM mall but I was still confused that how they came to know about my ORDER DETAILS.
I dont get this part that how they got to know my order details if they are FAKE ? is the security of PAYTM MAll This week?
However, To be more sure about this offer, I tried calling SNAPDEAL's Customer Care at[protected] but unfortunately the IVR of this number is not working properly and I wasnt able to reach the customer care.

Whenever i do purchase, these fraud guys are calling me and saying like, you got the gift you have to pay 10000 around.How they are getting my snapdeal account mobile no?.The guy is calling from this [protected].You guys are somehow leaking customer no?You have to take serious action and stop this nonsense.

On 21st Jan 2017, at 10 am, I received a call from Vodaphone Cell No [protected] from Uttar Pradesh (Conversation Recorded in my phone) intimating about my lucky winning of 4 items inluding Washing Machine from Snap Deal. To my quarry, he told me to give my Debit Card
Number so that they can deduct Rs. 4000 only Immediately, I informed him about my intention to complain to Police and disconnected the phone.
Can cyber department detect his whereabouts and and prevent cheating of people?
