[Resolved] BookMyShow — Always Unable to avail 1+1 offer on ICICI coral card | |||||
No matter how many times I try, from whichever system/browser/device I try to book ticket and try to avail 1+1 ticket offer using my ICICI Coral Credit card, I always get stupid errors and I end up paying full amount. I checked if there is any problem with my card and called up ICICI. There is nothing wrong with my card. Hence I tried avail other offers like Rs 100 off on ICICI Credit/Debit card, but to my surprise this was the same case even in that scenario. Is it that BMS doesnt want customers to avail offers and pay in full? Was this information helpful? | |||||

Since, online bookings are confirmed transactions, tickets once booked cannot be cancelled, exchanged or refunded from our end. Also, there is no provision wherein we can make any modification in show date, time, movie, seats etc which are already confirmed. Keeping the cancellation norm in mind, it would have been an opportunity for customers to bring a smile on their dear one's face by gifting those tickets. I have booked 4 tickets for Dangal movie on 28th dec 2016 1.15 pm show. Paid money through freecharge wallet.I got message as freecharge transaction successful, but didn't got bookmyshow message. Went to the theatre about the issue but they didn't responded. Called customer care of bookmyshow and its a long queue.
