[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Cancellation of movie without any information | |||
We have planned to watch Badri ki Dulhaniya today @cinepolis Patna in Audi 2. We have booked 8 seats R1-2 & Q1-6. Our showtime was 6:05pm. We reached there by time and occupied our seats ... After waiting for an hour almost we came to know that the movie has been cancelled and Cinepolis team is refunding our ticket amount. We have spent Rs.2276 (entertainment tax inclusive) for 8 seats but got only Rs.2000 for the same. It is clear that we have not cancelled the ticket for our convenience then why we should face such losses of Time, money and etc. We have also spent Rs.1200/ in buying popcorn and cold drinks.it is also a waste. Kindly refund my amount of Rs 1476/- asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
