I just discover on my own through the website: https://mumbaipolice.in.net that I have been fined 2 times for halting beyond white line at Gandhinagar Station.

Despite of following signal daily I have been fined.

Please note, this signal is manually handled by your team and there is no white line too.

I don't know how can you fine citizens without informing them.

Please check the challans and request you to revoke the fines at the earliest.

Mumbai Traffic Police customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by bhavikshah299 It's been more than a year but no one addressed the complaint till date. Eventually, I had to pay the fine 3 times for same thing. It seems great revenue stream has been built by MTP.

They are least interested to reply. There is a number where you can call: 8454 999 999.

They will ask you to email to mtpcallinfo@gmail.com.

Its been 4 days still no revert. It seems like this has become a legal business for MTP to generate revenue.
