Money deducted and no confirmation received. I was trying to book one movie ticket on cinepolis site for Kadamban Movie @ Fun Cinemas, Coimbatore amount got debited and ticket not booked. Customer Care Mobile number was not working. Kindly request to make alternate immediately or refund the amount as soon as possible. My booking has been rejected for 4 times for different seats, but my credit card has been charged(approx Rs.1094). While submitting I got a note asking me to contact helpline to get my refund. Can you let us know why this has happened and when will I get my money back.
