On 20.5.2017 10.50 am booked 3 tickets for Carnival cinema 36 City mall Bilaspur Chhattisgarh. Amount deducted from my bank account (internet banking) and ticket not booked. Ticket amount 170 x 3 = Rs 510 + internet charges Rs 78.90 total amount Rs. 588.90/- deducted. Ticket not booked. From my credit card in Rs. 863.4 was deducted but I have not deposited a refund in my SBI Credit Card yet. I was told to refund in 8 to 10 working days, but I still got a refund I contacted you in Customer Care. By[protected] your refund will be credited to your credit account, but no refund is still available in my account. If my refund is immediately deposited in my account, please take action on the book my show. I booked 6 tickets for a movie in Forum Mall, Chennai (25/12/2017) through online transaction my booking was failed but my money is deducted from my account, I tried to book again 2 times but my booking was failed and the amount is deducted 2 times each time (Rupees 996.15 ) so 3 times is 2, 988.45 is debited from my bank account, I didn't get any notification regarding the refund except the refund ID (#5176769) email id given while transaction is [protected]@gmail.com and phn no [protected], I need a quick response for my refund

Kindly quote the above-mentioned receipt number to your card issuing bank and then cross check the same with your updated bank statement for the mentioned period and assist us with the screenshot of the same (on allears@bookmyshow.com) in case of any discrepancies.
