[Resolved]  BookMyShow — Gift card not received

I had booked a book my show e-gift card on 2-june-2017 at 2:13 pm. According to the details mentioned on website, the card was to be delivered in 90 minutes. I asked the card to be delivered to my email id itself since i had to take a printout and give it in the evening at a party. I paid full amount and receive a mail with order id inv[protected]. I did not receive the card till 3:37 pm. So i called up customer care and was told that i would get it in 2 hours time. I called up again at 6 pm and the executive said that it gets delivered in 90 minutes and checked again. She then started saying that it takes 8 hours for the card to be delivered. Afterwards she assured me that i would receive it in another 30 mins. I requested to confirm it via email. I received an email at 6:23 pm saying that it would take 30 minutes to deliver the card. The complaint id is 4098738. It was very important for me to be able to print and give the card that day itself. Now the importance is lost. I want refund of my amount.

[6:45pm] card not received yet. Please give me refund.

I got an email on 5 June that the amount will be credited back in 5-7 days. It has not yet happened. Please resolve this at the earliest.
