I am calling to customer to talk with some but only recoded voice is coming
had a worst experience with it. I will never recommend to anyone for bank account or credit card. They hold customers money for a long time (15 days) if any payment fails or back. Where other bank back money within 5 working days.in now a days. These guys are so careless never connect a call with executive.
One of the Fraud banking RBL Bank. My Card rewards points debits without any intimation.

I have use 1300 rupees and they will cut additional 300 rupees. And I have pay 100 rupees once see my transaction Msg u will get an about rbl credit card fraud I'll upload transaction msgs
I requested through email to close my credit card but no response from bank.

none of ccare number working correctly and there are no option to directly communicate to their customer care representative, i am strongly say this type of service they are doing to make harassment to the customer once you avail their service. in fact if you connected their representative teach us how to use online banking, now days people have lots of experience to manage their E-Banking.
simple changing a tpin you will never get your OTP with stipulated time and it says time out, what kind of service this bank provide, first they have to understand what standard maintain by other banking domain.

Customer Care Service is very bad and Worst.
RBL bank has poor customer service. When I reported fraudulent transaction that happened in my credit card these guys are bluntly refusing to take up my complaint. They claim OTP was enabled and I am bound to pay for the money lost. Raised FIR, raised dispute but it’s really waste. They don’t secure credit cards nor check with customer to approve any transaction that is suspicious

I have made my credit card payment of rs 21284 by net banking. But there is amount is not update at my credit card bill and amount rs 21284 is debited from my bank account. Please help today is my due date. I have to call customer care from 2 days but I haven't contact with you. Kindly help me
