Clothing Heart — delivery of wrong products & no return facility | |||||
I have cheated from the the website www.clothingheart.com. they have sent me a substandard product which is not at all of good quality torn on multiple sides, faded color, pre-used prodcut. Moreover the size is also not the same for which i have ordered. Despite multiple complaints i have not got any assurance about the return of the product or refund of money. Hi Worst website ever...if they could not match the customer satisfaction i don't know why do they sale goods like this... I got a dress which really worst... I am trying to return it back but there is no option also... Kindly take necessary actions

I had ordered 2 dresses worth ₹1800, from a online company called Clothing Heart, according to their website it was supposed to be like attached pictures but wasn’t nothing like that at all now I’m looking for money back but no one giving me a proper response please help me get my money back.

I too did a mistake by ordering from this site and no customer care number, no return policy. How do I get my money back. Product dose not match not even 1%, the images shown. A complete cheating company. I told want to give a negative eating.
Yes, i also agreed, i have also purchased a white kurti of Rs 987/- and i delivered off white kurti and size also too small whereas i have ordered as per their size chart. I an cheated and also wanna make complaint as given number at website also not giving any response neither on phone nor on watsup.

I also have ordered one kurti of rs 499, quality is too bad, size not as asked for, same issue no response of my mail and contact no is always busy. I also have bad experienced about clothing heart. I also posted on fb about this company. So that others can be aware.
Please don't ever buy products from www.clothingheart.com. Worst site ever. They sent me a different product and wrong size. I am not going to leave them until they refund my money back.

I have ordered a lemon green dress worth 799 rs and the product delivered was not at all matching the item that was originally shown in the site and I want to return the item but there is no response from the vendor or customer service! Please help me! I want my money back. And I request you all to not to buy any product from the website www.clothingheart.com a fraud website.. I won't leave them until they return my money back
