[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — bogus policies | |||
I am really unsatisfied with your stupid service. I placed an order for football shoes and another pair of shoes last week. I have still not received the football shoes - vector x fusion red football shoes. The order was canceled from your end with informing me. The total bill amount was 1500+. I had redeemed my reward points & had got a discount voucher worth rs. 1000. Therefore, effectively, i had to pay only rs. 500 or something. Now that the order has been canceled, my voucher has been wasted. Please look into this immediately because i have been a snapdeal patron, and this is really frustrating. I want my rs. 1000 voucher back immediately. Order id: [protected] These guys are refunding just 344. While 1000 rs voucher has been wasted. Are you guys out of your mind? You have screwed up deliveries and policies. For a week's time, the shoes weren't dispatched, after a week, they were canceled at my voucher's cost. What's your next move? Rob people?
