[Resolved] Razorpay — money deducted from bank account while payment made via razorpay on irctc but ticket not booked | |||
Had tried to book a ticket from MUV to NDLS on 24/02/18 at around 10:10 p.m. Although I made the successful payment through UPI and money was deducted from my bank. But then the IRCTC stopped responding and later I found my ticket in failed booking section reason being "No response from bank". Kindly credit my deducted amount into my bank account or take any other action in this regard as you deem fit in my favour. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
