[Resolved]  Tata Sky — wrong charges deducted for natural calamities

Address:Alwar, Rajasthan, 301001

Tata sky has deducted 300rs. From my account as relocation charges. But there is no relocation. Due to heavy storm in alwar rajasthan on 2 may 2018 the wire got detached from antenna, their service representative came and connected that wire after 7 days by continuous follow up. After that on 15 may they deducted 300rs from my account. For natural disaster why they are taking money from customer.

There is no follow up regarding the complaint. One tata sky representative called me yesterday but no one is resolving the issue. They are just dragging the issue and trying to shift the ball in other's basket. they are not giving clarity when it will get resolved, Only they are saying u will get another call tomorrow...There is no dead line provided by them.
