[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky bharat qr code issues | |
Hi, i scanned the bharat qr code and paid rs. 1000 towards tata sky recharge. However, tata sky says money (Rs. 1000) was not received, but bank says transaction completed successfully. My subscriber id is [protected]. I raised an issue with tatasky customer care - the issue id is 153arexi. It is really annoying that in this technologically advanced age, these things still keep happening. And customer care always behaves like as if we (Customers) are to blame and that they (Tatasky) have done nothing wrong. Was this information helpful? | |

Last Three 3 Days our No Signal Detection Problem occured. Every time complaint it but no body will be give us response from last three days.

The customer service sucks! Inspite of calling 7 times today, NO technician called up to restore the set top box...Just false promises... HORRIBLE!! And shameful !!!spoke to some manager( who sounded as dumb as the normal tele executive) who couldn't do much either... PATHETIC state of affairs...

Neither I have applied for vedic maths nor agreed to avail the same, still I have received a message regarding payment of Rs.183/- for 90 days which i dont want .So you are requested to look in to my matter and deactivate the vedic maths channel.
