[Resolved]  Razorpay — irctc ticket issues

Hi team,
My name is shibin stephen. I booked an irctc ticket and paid with google tez payment. The amount got debited from my bank account and has been delivered to razorpay but ticket did not get booked. Please let me know what i need to do in order to get a refund asap.

My irctc says the refund amount has been credited to your bank through refund id [protected] but I have not received any money yet.
Please resolve this issue quickly as possible.

I was booked ticket from irctc.
my balance debited to razorpay and not booked ticket.
