[Resolved] Razorpay — irctc ticket booking failed | |
I was booking a tatkal ticket through irctc app. I selected the mode of payment as upi, i got transfer request in phonepay, i accepted the request, transaction was successful but the ticket was not booked Since it was urgent to book the ticket, after waiting for several minutes i tried again this time also the transaction was done, but ticket was not booked Was this information helpful? | |

We checked the transaction 815511380130 made on 4th Jun, 2018 and see that this is an unsuccessful transaction. If the funds have been debited, you will receive the credit in your account within 7-10 working days. For further details please drop us a mail on support@razorpay.com.

I booked a ticket on 28 may 2018 through irctc app payment via upi
Transaction ID [protected]
700 amount is debited my account but my ticket is not booked. What should i do.
We checked the transaction 100001285046093 and see that this is an unsuccessful transactions.If the funds have been debited from your account, you will receive the credit in your account within 10 working days, failing which pls drop us a mail on support@razorpay.com.
