[Resolved] Kd Technology — fraud company | |
I register on a clickindia for job and after some hours i receive a call from the company name kd technology and also a mail from [protected]@gmail.com who says that she is marketing executive of the company she told me that i have to fill 2200 forms in 20days so that they pay me and they send me an agreement from surat with advocate name chetan d. Dhimar and in that they write if you won't complete the work you have to pay 5200/- to the company for maintenance. So after googling the advocate name i searched so many complain about that advocate with different company name. And after seen that i stop my work. So is there any problem will occur when i didn't submit the work. Because i don't want to trap in the legal procedure i was thinking to lodge a complaint in my area police dtation amd also send them a legal notice from cyber crime branch Was this information helpful? | |

I was also trapped and they have given such typing or form fill up works that is impossible. and the helpline numbers not working properly and mail id are responding very late.
I also left the job and has threat me the legal action to be taken

First of all we want to say that our executive has sent you all the details. You were given the details in ppt file, in agreement and via mails. Before accepting the agreement you were given a link in application in which you could have read the agreement before accepting it. Your conditions were clear. You did not read the agreement which was your fault. You found out that company is fraud, can you please explain what kind of fraud and which kind of fraud has been done and to whom the company has done the fraud? It's your mentality. You did not want to pay the amount so you are posting this fake complaints.
Give me your proper details so company will get your problem solution.

don't worry. They are a fraud company. They can't take you to court. Tell them there are many complaints against them and that you will launch police case against them.
