[Resolved] Kd Technology — fraud company | |
I register on a clickindia for job and after some hours i receive a call from the company name kd technology and also a mail from [protected]@gmail.com who says that she is marketing executive of the company she told me that i have to fill 2200 forms in 20days so that they pay me and they send me an agreement from surat with advocate name chetan d. Dhimar and in that they write if you won't complete the work you have to pay 5200/- to the company for maintenance. So after googling the advocate name i searched so many complain about that advocate with different company name. And after seen that i stop my work. So is there any problem will occur when i didn't submit the work. Because i don't want to trap in the legal procedure i was thinking to lodge a complaint in my area police dtation amd also send them a legal notice from cyber crime branch Was this information helpful? | |

Hame KD technology se home from work Mila tha.. For filling ka... Humne wo complete b kardiya.. Jab QC report aayi to usme fail dikhaya...agar form me kio detail missing hy... Toh commonsense ki baat hy... Ki hame wahan... Yeh symbol Lagana hy(-). Jab Humne call kiya receive nhi kiya.. Aur phele helpline me jab info k Liye mail kiya... Thy dint rply... Firstly thy said to pay 5200...now thy r saying to pay 8000...Now thy r sending msgs of taking action n all... Legal notice bheja on mail id... Suggest us

Maine Ek account banaya click India par... Uske baad Mujhe kd technology se kaam ka offer aaya... 2200 forms I'm 20 days...unke rules the 20 days me kaam complete karne ka aur agar kaam nhi complete Hua Toh 5200 pay Karna Padhta hy. Aur Toh agar Hum fail Hogaye toh 5200 pay Karna Padhta tha. Unhone ek legal agreement b sign karwaya. Mera adhaar ka details Liya Iske Liye. Then I started my work, Maine 2200 forms 18 days complete kardiye. Phir un logon ne Qc report bheji, usme Unhone 500+ forms Galat bataye... Lekin kuch forms Aise hote hy Jiske Saare details nhi rehte Toh commonsense wali baat hy, wo forms agar information na ho toh (-) yeah symbol lagaye hy. Lekin phir b Maine call kiya aur pucha toh Unhone sahi bola. Lekin phir b Qc report me fail Karke bataya. Jab maine call kiya Unko thy rejected what they said and dint paid me. Jab maine kaha Unko Toh Unhone phele agreement me bola tha 5200 pay karne... Lekin inka advocate call Karke aur email me bola 7510 pay karne ko... Agar se pay nhi kiya Toh legal action Lenge... Jab ki mere type Kiye hue forms sahu the.. They had to pay me... But they didn't...so suggest me what shall I do.

below are the details from which they are contacting for an online form filling job. with the name of KD there are few company but this is one (KD technologies) is fraud and they are cheating.
Please ignore these numbers and dont pick because they will ask you money by threatening you in the name of legal action against you. you must register complain against this fraud company.
and if other company with the name of KD see this msg they must take action against him(KD technologies) since it is defaming their name.

Sir uss lawyer Dipak patil ne mujhe jiss admi ka no company ka manger bol k diya wo manager hai he nhi uss ki watsapp me uska name advocate atul dikhara hai n un logo ne mujhe ek email me notice ek audio bheja hai

Sir...k.d technology, Surat, Gujrat s muje b form filling job mili... Mai nhi complete kr payi kam...but mere pas genuine reason h...muje b agreement mila...usme likha tha k muje 5200 rs penality deni hogi...kam time p pura ni krne p...aaj muje koi advocate atul pathil n call kiya n payment k liye kha..he is asking to pay 8700 now...he is saying that if i will not pay then meri file court m.jaegi. ..i asked him time but usne muje srf[protected] p.m k time diya...he is threatening me to take legal action against me...what i do...i am unable to understand...

Mere sath bhi yehi jya people KD TECHNOLOGY se kaam aya 2200 forms ka phir registered ke baar Apex enterprise se phone aya pooja typing centre bolkar gn mails from tanya sharma mere se 15400 let gaya inaccurate jya ya QC report fail jya toh refund karege bole n den KD se QC report obviously fail bola n wen I ask to refund dey didn't gave now sending petitions n legal notices from m.patel and arju ..mera gharka address bhi nikal four hein...please guide me wat to do now
