[Resolved] Kd Technology — fraud company asking for part time job | |
I got a call from kd technology for a part time job in which i hav to fill 2200 forms in 20 days. Now they are not picking up my calls and last thing they said is if i couldn't complete these forms in given time i have to pay 5200 to the company. They said that they will pay me every week for my work but now they are not answering my calls. They send me this mail As per contract with you, we are here by attached your call verification, Sign agreement which is verified with your location kindly go through it. 1., i'm from kd technology. 2. Your plan is of 2200 forms and for 20 days. And cut off forms are 2000. 3. If at a time 2login, 2logout, 2ip address, browser up gradation or Degradation will be found then your id will be terminated. 4. If your work is not submitted or failed then you have to 5200rps. 5. At the time of submission you will get one pdf file. You must need To download that file for your backup and send it to our helpline mail Id. 6. You will get your qc report of randomly pages. 7. When you put payment request you will get your payment after 7 working days. 8. If you have any query then you can call on our helpline number or Else you can mail us also in between 10 am. To 6 pm. Just call the number from which you got a call and say them to cancel the job and also say them that i didn't pay any kind of amount
And they always call you to take your all complain back they just don't stop calling and just irritate you by calling
please help me how u resolved

Hello dear Sir/ Mam. I'm the latest victim of this fraud. I have completed the work within 20 days. I asked the way of filling the forms from their helpline and i filled all the forms in way they told me. But in the QC report they rejected all those 300 forms. I have the call recording of that call with KD technology helpline. Please create a whatsapp group and add me. Help me and all the victims. Plzzzzzzz.

Me to victim of KD Technology, and they are saying to me for arbitration case will file against you, even they don't have any valid documention, so we can file case for document frudulation, and cyberbullying, I want to do so. Anyone also want to sue against them?
