Presha Trading — wrong smartwatch delivered

I have orderd LemFo LEM 7 watch from Zeby.com. Worth Rs. 1999/-.I had met with wrong product which is from Presha trading and Delivered by Bluedart Courier Service. I have ordered this at 28 June 2018 and Delivery Date is 1 July 2018.

I want to return this product and also I just want my cash return back.

I ordered for lemfo lem7 smartwatch. On cash on delivery basis. For rs 2099 including rs 100 Courier charges.

Today on 17th July, 2018 I received a parcel with a very unbranded and cheap smartwatch.

Out side the parcel it's written lemfo lem7 4g-lte-gps watch phone with 2g+16g. But the package contains a low-quality brandless watch with no seller information and valid bill over it.

I had ordered for a LEMO LEM 7 but they have given me some china watch. i want my given money back or the original product. if my request is not been fulfilled i will give a court notice to your company. i will be taking serious action against your company for sending fake products to the consumer. i will go to consumer court if necessary.

Wrong Product Sent by Company, I have purchased a smart watch Lemmfo LEM7 4G-LTE GPS Watch Phone but they sent me very cheap type smart watch. Their customer care no. on website is switched off always. Total paid amount was 2099/-
What to do now?

I got completely different phone which I wasn't expected. The amount I have paid is 2129. My name is Prem Kumar Chettri, Jorethang, South, Sikkim. I want my money back asap. Plz let me know what am I supposed to do.

I have ordered m3 band buy 1 and get 1 free .its totally a fake. The band i got is totally used this is a big scam which is going in the ncr region. Paid cash no number no website nothing is there. Ezee dealsfrom where i ordered and presha trading who delivered it see the attachment blow . photos are also not uploading
