I asked for the mrp rate of the spare to be replaced, the technician removed the assembled spare and left Knowing a mrp price of a product is a basic need for that they left the machine without repairing Worst customer support by ifb team... I spoke with the ifb customer care they to don't know the price of the spare... Not resolved and disappointed by the way they spoke worst customer service Was this information helpful? | |||

I have replaced ifb señorita vx 6 kg washing machine's PCB on 25/8/18 by paying Rs3508.when I enquired about the warranty of the item it was confirmed by themthat no warranty will be given. I request you to confirm the fact.
