[Resolved] Zoom Car — unable to end the trip as the lock of the cycle was broken | |
The lock of the cycle was already broken when i had unlocked it. I came to know when i was about to lock the cycle. So i am unable to end the trip. The trip is being extended and the money from my paytm wallet is being deducted. Also there is no customer support on phone. Your customer care is totally #. After dropping a mail, you say you will reach me within 24 hours. And what do i do till then? Pay you â¹3 per minute? I need my money back and an answer from the company.
