[Resolved] IndiaBulls — recovery agent harassment | |||
I have a personal loan running with indiabulls loan account no. Pl01795131. I was unable to pay 1 emi in september as i lost my job and was facing financial difficulties. Your agent with the name of kishan, mobile number [protected] and mohit, [protected] called my wife, my brother numerous times every day, they visited my house and spoke unruly with my mother. That guy kishan said he will not go away from my home as his manager mohit has told him to do so. I will file an fir against both of them and with the bank indiabulls. This is very very unacceptable, my mother was alone at home she got frightened. I urge people reading this message to never ever bank with indiabulls. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have made a payment online through your SMS reminder link and it's over the week and still not Updated in my dhani account.
And also i want to know all payment details which i have paid by cash/online.
some days before dhani collection executive collect the payment 3300rs from us and they didn't give us any payment receipt or provide any payment collection sms.
when i told them to show me your Employment ID card and they didn't have any ID
They acted on us with aggressively behavior.
even before one of your executive collect money from us around 750rs and still we don't have any clue what were they did...
once i decided to FIR on them because they seems like fraudsters, no manners, no identity cards, no payments method..
And 2nd thought is dhani self service very bad. I know very well i couldn't paid on timely but your loan process, your charges, your loan details, even which I paid to you is like Milky Way Galaxy. we all know our nearest Galaxy is Milky Way but no one know much more. Same like your Service and loan. we have dhani laons but no one know loan summary, collection executive ID, collection Executive payment receipt, online paid details, how did you charge us, remaining balance..etc.

I[censored]r bank has such u professional ppl then i advice ppl to avoid such banks.
