Independent TV — unable to contact to customer care no and no reply through mail

I have booked independent tv on 28 Nov .
They issued me customer ID [protected]
But not installed yet
I want it to be installed or refund my booking amount 1999/- back
They asked me to install it within 7 days
I have called and emailed them many times but they are not giving any response

Is it another cheat by Anil Ambani. I Booked on 31 March 18 with Rs 450. Installeid on 03 Oct 18 and during Installation I paid Rs 2300/- including additional cable cost . (Funny part not provided any receipt or bill). Worked for one month. For the last four days it is not working . They have given a customer care No[protected] which does not exist at all. The mail id provided [protected]@independenttv.in is also fake . Tried multiple times to send a mail from my gmail id . Gmail even not recognizing that mail ID also. Where to go. Loot by Anil Ambani. The biggest cheat .

I am contacting all the team on call centre from 03rd may 2018, technician has taken away my reliance set box and not yet come back, all the executives are promising of call back in 48 hours earlier till yesterday I was communicated that I will have to pay 799 for installation of new set up box and today all of a sudden I am been communicated sating 1200 Rs to be paid is this professional???

why cheat customers if you can not provide service. are there any genuine employee with Independent TV or the name of MR AMBANI will be just a garbage his dreams will be trashed like this ???

I need resolution on urgent basis, you guys don't even have decency to revert on email written on [protected]@independenttv.in

I have booked the independent tv on 19/3/18 since 7 month I have been contacting the customer service they are giving date on date still didn't received any installation so please refund my amount as soon as possible

I have been trying to call customer care and there is no response from their end. From past couple of weeks the video is not clear. It freezes for every 10seconds and this is happening to all the channels. Whom to complain regarding the same?

Really a shame on independant tv, i am thinking to switch back to DishTv, .

Logged multiple request in customer care - they not giving any complaint id, email are unanswered. for the past 1 week they r saying everyday within 24 hrs complaint will be attended but when that 24 hrs will come god knows.
