[Resolved] IFB Industries — ifb front load washing machine continue to last complaint | |||
In continuation to my last complaint which is still not resolved. As per your engineer he was supposed to send senior person and senior person gave another root cause. 1st they gave root cause as monsoon. 2nd they said high voltage is the issue. 3rd they said hard water is causing this issue. Now machine is tripping my power in 5 min of operation and it does not looks to be any of the above issues. Your technicians are just giving wrong information to you, ifb needs to open their support to customer and do deep dive in the issue. This issue is happening to very new washing machine and this infer ifb selling sub standard products online. Can ifb send some sensible technician to resolve the problem.
