[Resolved] Voltas — regarding voltas ac | |||||
Sir/ ma'am, I bought an inverter air conditioner from authorized seller of various electronics appliances, indralok vaniradio kendra (Pp road, near hdfc, buxar-802101). I had purchased one voltas split ac, model - voltas eu 183v mzj3 (R-410) on 15/06/2018 worth rs. 34, 700/- abide with bill no. 2307. While purchasing the said air conditioner, i was with a fond hope that the product will be of premium quality and i would be provided wonderful service. Just within one month of purchase, my ac stopped cooling and the fan made terrible noise that it became almost Impossible to switch on the ac. I made a complaint on the customer care no. Of voltas and i was given service. A kit was replaced in the ac almost after 20 days of registering complaint and after that, it was working well. The same happened again after sometime and again the kit was replaced. Keeping in mind the weather conditions, not much use of the ac was made. And, when i switched it on in the first week of october, again the same occurred and there was no cooling effect. I again registered a complaint on 2/10/2018 and nothing has been resolved as of now. I received a call and they are delaying the process due to puja holidays, and said that the technician has to be called from patna for the repair of ac. But the bitter truth is that till now i have not received any proper service. That, it is my legitimate right to avail good quality service as the product is in warranty period. You people are only trying to waste my time in the assurance of repair and subjecting me to mental agony and harassment. I request you to please look into the matter seriously and resolve it as soon as possible else i will have to opt for legal resort. All i feel is that i was supplied with a defective product and it would be the best if it is replaced. Was this information helpful? | |||||
