Not responding properly in second visit and postponed appointment after 3 days. In first visit doctor Lavanya Kiran written scan and blood test to take on emergency and ask us to visit hospital with the reports immediate next day, but after reaching the hospital in city traffic peak hours. Now hospital staff is not attending/ giving the proper response to us.In emergency we came to your hospital, but they not responding.
If Same reapeat again we raise a complaint against hospital and doctor in consumer forum.

Why the stuffs are misguided to patient party? Discharge process is running from last 4hours, the office stuffs are working very slowly, They are basically disorganized & inefficient. Mostly insurance (Medi claim)department is worst catagory.
