[Resolved] IndiaBulls — charging higher percentage towards loan interest than informed rate | |||||
Hi, This is kumar vivek and my india bulls loan account number is pl06829700. I have applied for pl in july which was earlier committed @ of 15 percent, later it increased to 22 percent. For which i got a mail as well but the rate was higher so i requested to put my application on hold. Later on when i came back in october and requested to reopen the application then without informing me all of a sudden rate of interest was increased from 22 percent to 25 percent. Company senced the urgency and they processed the application the way they wanted? On their own terms? That too without informing the customer? I got to know the emi amount difference when i receive the massage for the auto debit mandate from the bank. For reference please check the image of the mail attached which clearly says that interest rate is 22 percent and emi amount is 4348.00 but now roi is 25 percent. My loan has been sanctioned but i have not been sent the e document yet. I have not been informed about the first emi date yet.
