[Resolved] Samsung India — defect in tv | |||
Bought a samsung latest model tv on 21/7/2018 model number 49nu8000 -49”serial no oacw3pck600006 uhd led and on 25/11/2018 within 4 months motherboard got damaged and @samsung are not ready to replace the tv this is the kind of products they sell and services @samsung provides. When contacted they said they will only change the motherboard part and will not replace the tv nor refund the money is this the quality check they do before selling the product.
