[Resolved] Samsung — samsung company looting customer in a daylight | |||
Dear sir, I shrikant joshi recently purchased samsung j8 mobile in bangalore. I am facing issue with unlocking phone with mobile password, bio metric password and pattern password. I spoke to 4 executives since today morning and they are informing to go samsung service center to unlock your mobile phone paying minimum amount of rs 240 charge. My question is why should i pay for unlocking my mobile phone where as i remember all passwords and details. I do understand if mobile is damaged or something happened they can charge for it for repairing phone right. From last 12 years i am using different brands mobile phones and never faced this issue with anyone. Kindly help me out for this problem. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||
