[Resolved] Cinepolis India — non refund of amount for tickets not issued against payment | |||
I tried to book tickets on cinepolis website for the movie 2.0 on 6 th decemeber-2018. The amount got debitted on my credit card but no ticket was issued. This happened twice. I contacted the theater @ coimbatore and they told that they have server issues and the refund will happen in three working days.
