I call tata sky customer care excutive too many times for change in my pack as per government new channel policy (Trai). But tata sky delaying in this services. Resolve my problem as soon as possible. Otherwise i'll change the dth operator. Trai pass this policy why tatasky delaying to apply. Apply this as soon as possible

No recording is working in my TATASKY since purchasing of new Settop Box
in November 2018. Ur technician visited thrice, attended but status remain as it is. U r requested to take corrective measure in order to remove the hurdle asap so that I can get the full value of the investment.
