[Resolved]  Axis Bank — dissatisfied with the service

Address:Howrah, West Bengal

I am an employee at dps howrah and have been using a salary account at the axis bank at domjur since 5 years. I had gone to this branch issue a chip enabled debit card but due to the unavailability of the cards i was not given a new card. I am a teacher and its not possible for me to take leave and go many times for any service.
Kindly ensure that the concerned authority looks into the matter.

I have transferred Rs 12.20 lakhs on Jan 15th . Its been close to 15 hrous and its neither depoisted to account of the receiver nor credited to my acocunt.
Please look into this

I worked at axis bank at 2013 to 2017 my emp no 73671.For my UAN Number my father name didn't register. For claiming 10c .So kindly register my father name.

Kindly defend debited amount.
My account was not operative from long time. last week it shows no due so I deposited amount but Axis debited amount without intimation.
