[Resolved] Axis Bank — lien on account restoration pending | |
Hi i have credit card with axis bank 13k minimum payment was due on that card i wasnt able to make payment due to loss of registered mobile number so a liem was put on my account[protected]. Concerned department from axis bank asked me to send a mail saying auto debit the minimum amount due and restore back the acocunt. I did the same 13000 was deducted from my account but lien is still not removed, its been 10 days now everyday i call them they say it will be done by the end of day and negative balance will be removed but still it has not been done. Please escalate the process further as it is my salary account and i am facing alot of problems because of that. Was this information helpful? | |
