[Resolved] BookMyShow — amount got deducted from account

Tickets were not book due to some technical error in the site but amount of rs 413.92 got deducted from my savings account while booking movie tickets through book my show for srs cinemas shimla. Atm wed seq no[protected] and atm id bdr0001 and time of transaction was 2.35 and date of transaction is 20th january
Please refund back the money back as soon as possible

Ideally, for an unsuccessful transaction the amount gets refunded within 4-5 working days, some banks may take 10 working days.

Booking tickets simmba show(9:30am) 13 Jan 2019 (Booking ID-WN5AJDFAN). That show cancelled by carnival premium plaza chichwad it self. Amount 424.84Rs not refunded yet.
