[Resolved] PayUMoney — to refund money | |||
I was booking a ticket on 15th january for ndls duronto for 24th january. I was making payment from my bank account through payumoney. But the transaction was failed. And the money was not refunded. Already 10 days over. I called the irctc castomer care and contact with the bank. But the money was not refunded in my bank account. On 15/01/19 I booked a ticket of NDLS DURANTO (12259) for 24/01/19 of rs. 2575.49. Transaction id is [protected]. But that transaction was failed and I did not refund that money since today in my bank account. Already 7 working days over. So please refund my money in my bank account as soon as possible.

I Jitendra Thakur booked online ticket from IRCTC the amount are not refunded yet. Please guide and take necessary action.
