[Resolved] Razorpay — mobile viggo m10 | |||
I have book a smart phone Viggo M10 on 23 Jan 19 around 18.30 hrs and my amount of Rs 3499 /- was deducted thru Razorpay . I have paid this amount by credit card. Still i have not received any confirmation from Goshoppo . I request to kindly refund my amount as soon possible. It is already more than one week passed. My order number is S83064. Every day i am trying to call the customer care number, the number is showing switch off. Was this information helpful? | |||

I booked a ticket on irctc using razorpay on 24/01/2019 uisng KMb and the trasnsaction id is [protected]. please let me know the confirmed status for my refund amount
