Dear all, We are still waiting for the visit of your team as till today we are not received any information that on what ground we received the details (On mail) as per the samsung technical team. This is really pathetic that after so may mail/ calls / reminder mails we are not getting any proper response with site visit to justify the scenario. So now what...? Should i start sending the mail to all media just to let them know what the higher management doing as they really not bother to reverts on mail’s. As the gurugram team is really not at all responsive and moreover they are not even interested to talk. We need case clearance asap else we have no alternates only to put all facts and fraud done by the samsung team in front of media and indian judiciary system.
