I am writing this complaint with the deepest regret of buying xuv 500. This is the third time my driver's door lock is not functioning due to which all door gets locked up even when i try to open it up. I had to call road assistance to get this resolved and i made complete service for 22000 and when i got the car back and the issue with the door lock continues. When i called the chengalpet jain mahindra (Who checked with the problem earlier) they asked me to take the car back. I have to drive my car for around 50kms again They just lubricated the door lock and given me back and the issue started again and i cannot take my car out again. I regret to buy the mahindra product and the service is pathetic. I am planning to sell it due to its worst service and product quality. The same issue happened 3 times after purchasing the product. Which means there is a serious flaw with door lock. First time was within 6 months of buying the vehicle. I want a permanent solution to get this fixed and i am not spending any more on this broken product.
