[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — term plan not reflecting in e insurance account (eia) | |||
I have availed a term plan from max in june 2018 and it's a online plan. The executive took my eia details and told that my policy details will included to my eia account but which is not happened till now i. E. 8th month is running. When i am reaching to cc executives, every time i am receiving the same answer within 7 working days it will be resolved but not yet. Apart from this i have sent bunch of emails to max helpline but no resolution, simply i will get reply email stating your issue will be resolved in 3 working days, from last 7 months same story repeating. I felt very bad for having policy fro max, really it's weird experience for me. Even after paying the policy to provide the details itself they are torturing like this, expect something happened to the policy owner...??? Was this information helpful? | |||

Still it not resolved, I received a call from your team and they informed me on 13th Feb that within 72 hours policy details will reflect in my eIA, but still not yet.
