[Resolved]  Razorpay — fraud transaction by my debit card

Address:ROHINI SECTOR-11 B BLOCK NEW DELHI, New Delhi, Delhi, 110085

Dear sir,
We received a call on the name of job consultancy, saying to activate reference id for your job to mobile number, the person took our details of debit card and within a few moments we got a message transaction of 4989 rs. Through razor pay, this transaction was without our knowledge and consent. So we request you to kindly consider our issue and take appropriate action...
1) txn id#=[protected]
2) pos 70020692
3) last digit debit card=8631

State bank debit card (Visa) number ending with 8631.
Message received at 19:07 pm today (22 feb 2019)

Sir, I got a call in the name of Bank of India, the person took card details, and made a transfer of rs. 1900, and I got a text message stating "BOI - Rs 1900 has been Debited to Your Ac XX5970 from POS-RAZORPAY AIRTEL PAYM on 21-02-19."
Could this be reversed or cancelled or is there anything else that can be done.
