I have six pending orders from banggood, all of them shipped via alljoy supply chain. All of them have reached delhi around 20 days back and are ready for last mile delivery. I do not have the ecom awb number and your customer care not accepting alljoy tracking number. Please give an update on these orders. Once the shipment reaches India, it is sent to Alljoy warehouse and after process the shipment is handed over to ECOM Express with a new tracking details. So if you have not been given the Ecom Tracking number which means that the shipment is not yet handed over to Ecom. So please contact your shopping portal for assistance.
