Paytm Mobile Solutions — money is not refunded in my account

Dear Sir,

This is anish Karmakar from Roorkee. I have cancelled a ticket on 9th March, 2019 pnr [protected] . The cancellation id is showing Cancellation/Refund ID: [protected], and Bank Name: PAYTM M. Yet I didn't receive any money in my account (Neither my sbi account nor my paytm wallet).The refund amount is Rs 3570. Please look into the matter.

Today, I was ticketing to jer-bbs but ticket not generate and i got a msg that server error but money deducted from my axis bank account (140rupees)
