[Resolved] Axis Bank — I have made card holder dispute but they haven't replied to me about its update | |||
I have made purchase from amazon on 19th january 2019 of 32, 560 rs but they have not done the delivery of product because of their technical issue. The amount was debited from my account on the same date. They have initiated my refund on 25th january 2019 which is not being reflected in my account till date. As a result, bank told me to do card dispute complaint. Complaint id:[protected]. They have not yet provided me an update or resolution regarding the same. Whenever i am calling my bank they are just saying its still processing and all. Was this information helpful? | |||
