[Resolved] Swiggy — non-refund of failed transaction in 7 days of transaction

Dear sir,

I had placed an order (Order id: [protected]) on 8th march amounting to rs. 874/- on swiggy app with login connected on mobile number [protected] (Hemant choudhari). I had used icici net banking for payment (Ac no.[protected] [deepak n jadhav]). However, i have not yet received the refund in my bank account after 7 days. Hence writing it to you to kindly resolve the issue asap.

Today afternoon[protected] I ordered lunch from a nearby resturent through swiggy. But the order I received was different from what I ordered from the App. I tried to connect with Swiggy after that. But it's been 2 hours, no response from swiggy side.
